You have a 4.0 (I am assuming on a 4.0 scale) and you are asking what kind of chance you have.
Your LSAT isn't that bad (it could be better - but it always can).
Unless you have some other debilitating factor (i.e. you have been arrested for killing kids at a summer camp) you should easily be able to get into the schools.
Good luck |

I don't think a rec from your paralegal job will carry much weight. Snooze factor. Paralegals who want to go to law school are a dime a dozen. And if you're a GREAT paralegal, as your rec would probably say, then that doesn't really say much except that you have an inordinate capacity for extremely boring work. Who knows? Maybe that's the ideal qualification for a future lawyer! But the admissions guy is probably not gonna jump out of his seat when he hears you've been proofreading and collating documents for three years.
On the other hand, your 4.0/166 will definitely get you into some and maybe all of the top schools, although the 166 might preclude HYS. Might. Might not, as well. Definitely apply to all of the ones you're interested in.
Good luck!
