In Reply To: Blacks are definitely less intelligent than whites or Asians. There is no doubt that that is true. Also, you don't need to read Bell Curve to realize that. Look at the history of world civilizations. Obviously, Europeans were advanced technologically. Chinese, Koreans, Arabs, Indians, Japanese, ect also had greatly advanced civilizations, although not as far along as Europe in recent history. My point is is that African civilization did not have these development occur at all, indeginously. There is no native African language script, religion, literature, or scientific discovery. The reason that that is the case is because they were not as genetically intelligent as other civilations. This is why in America, blacks (with the expection of the top 1 or 2 percent smartest of them) always score lower on tests. Its genetic.
Message: Knowledge vs. intellectual potential. When you refer to people of color that may score low on tests this is knowledge. It is based on everything that has shaped that human's mind until the test point, such as parents, home environment, quality of schools, opportunity, history, government, etc. However, you are using intellectual potential which could theoretically be linked to genetic make-up (although no genes have been mapped, therefore unproven) the same as intelligence, which is a misnomer; therefore your whole argument is moot.
