Need advice on law school |

I am currently a Senior at a Top 15 Undergrad University with a 3.4 gpa in Economics. I am taking an intensive LSAT prep course and hope to get about a 160+. Since taking this class and getting closer to the reality of actually applying to law schools, I have been overcome with doubts about whether I should go to law school and eventually pursue a career in law.
I've spoken to people who have told me that they don't regret going to law school, but do not enjoy the practice of law. Hearing this really turns me off from pursuing law school b/c massive amounts of debt is a hard price to pay for a bad decision. I guess it would be worth it to me if i could get into a very respectable law school, but I'm not sure if my grades or LSAT make the cut. If any people who are in law school or have just gotten out can give me their insight on whether they find law school/ law worthwhile, that would be appreciated.
