(1) Don't fill out the bar application until AFTER you graduate from law school. You don't want to get kicked out of law school right before you graduate because you lied on your law school application.
There is a case where a guy was kicked out of law school during his last semester, because they discovered he left off a school he attended on his application. This is exactly what you did.
(2) Don't put down any negative information about yourself that a background investigation won't big up. If you've smoked pot, but have no arrests for pot smoking, then answer "no" to this quetion.
(3) Do not lie about anything that a background investigation will uncover. They will pretty easily find your past criminal record, and traffic tickets, so this is something you have to be honest about. |

Do you think there is any way they could find out I attended the other school? A background investigation would not uncover that, right?
Plus, with the traffic record, aren't records only available up to 7 years? This was over 7 years ago.
