Your chances depend on your numbers. What do you mean by 'low 160's'? What's your LSDAS GPA? If your LSAT is high enough, GW will probably take your improved performance into consideration. But you'd need an LSAT score that is in their range (164+). You might try applying to the evening program to increase your chances.
You might want to look around at other schools. GW gets more applications than any other law school in the country. It's very competitive and very numbers driven. In my observation GW/BC/BU/Fordham make their decisions almost solely on the numbers, i.e. don't 'look past the numbers'. In fact, I've heard of 'interesting' candidates who were rejected by these schools who got into higher ranked schools.

one can't specifically apply to GW's part-time program-GW does not allow you to designate. Everyone accepted can then choose day or evening and the remaining evening spots are filled in off the wait-list. While GW does not get a lot of applications-Georgetown actually gets the most. For what its worth I know someone who got into GW w/ a low-mid 160's LSAT score and 2.9-off the waitlist
