What about Hastings vs. USD with in-state tuition for Hastings vs. some money from USD. Would your answer still be the same? |

If the money difference is nearly immaterial, I'd go Hastings unless one is positive one is going to work in SD for school and really wants to live there. Any material money difference I'd resolve in favor of the lesser priced, as both are solid.
