In Reply To: You have an agenda, you want to transfer, transferring is "hard", thus you want to discourage as much potential competition as possible. And IMHO, your insisting on not disclosing your stats on an ANONYMOUS message board is indicative of your paranoia and your own irrationality. Oh ya, love the personal insult, "maybe law school isn't for you.", oh boy, guess I better rethink it, golly, what an astute observation from this insecure clod who doesn't have the decency to disclose his qualifications. I'm so scared. Yawn.
Message: You really are an idiot. I think it's pretty obvious that you have some kind of problem. You are not my competition for transfering because (hello!) I just finished 1L and you haven't started law school yet. Transferring is extremely difficult and everyone will tell you that it is incredibly stupid to start law school intending to transfer. But you don't want to hear that so you suspect good advice. Fine, that's your problem. Just think about this response when you are rejected from Boalt as a transfer next year. And I think it is extremely inappropriate to demand that someone say what their class rank is. My closest friends don't know my class rank, so why should I tell you? And, btw, as I wrote on another response, I don't know my class rank yet so this is moot. I really think you need to find some other career. Law is a stressful profession and it requires some basic reasoning skills. And you can dismiss this as a personal insult if it makes you feel better but in the year that I've been reading this message board, your responses are some of the most insane and idiotic that I've read. BTW, you should be scared. Law school eats idiots like you alive. You with your "I'll work my butt off" attitude really makes me laugh. Let's just cut the crap, you're not going to get into Hastings off of the waitlist and you'll end up USD where your grades will probably be average. I've been reasonably polite, writing my responses as if there's a possibility you could get good grades, but I think it's pretty clear to all of us on this board that won't happen. I sincerely hope no other poster wastes their time trying to give you advice. I mean, you try to be helpful and this is the thanks you get!
