(2) In a sense you are correct. I would surely be a better person if I did not allow myself to be angered by an anonymous post on a public bulletin board.
(3) But, OTOH, I try to be really patient with the "little ones" who pop onto this board with silly inquiries. When I have the time/energy, I try to remember that I too once knew nothing about LS, and I offer long-winded and hopeful explanations of the admissions process to even those who say things like "I haven't been admitted to college yet, but I am pretty sure I will get into a good one, and pretty sure that I will get good grades there and then excel on the LSAT, where can I get into law school?"
(4) Still, for all that, methinks that when a punk with a controversial point of view posts what he knows or ought to know is a question that is going to make some blood boil, he has earned a reply that demonstrates that another reader found it extremely offensive. Also, i might add, my reply offered said punk far more utile information than did your own. It just wasn't packaged very nicely.
