I am trying to decide between University of Denver Law School and University of Houston Law Center. Where would you go? Houston is cheaper and offers greater job opportunities, but I have heard it is a dump. Denver is much more expensive, but the city is great. I appreciate any advice and school/city info you can give me. |

Both schools are fine, both cities are fine, but to me, Houston would be a clear choice. Denver is a place that attracts lots of folks who really want to move there
for lifestyle reasons, which can make the legal market a bit more competitive.
Some Houston suburbs can be really inexpensive to live in.
Both are regional schools, but my impression is that Houston is stronger in its region than is U of D.
No "must do" choices here, but I'd always go Houston.
