I am currently a senior at Tufts University studying Quantitative Economics and I have a 3.46 GPA. My career aspiration is to work at a start-up firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since my job prospect with a B.A. is not good, I want to go to law school to acquire legal knowledge that will be of asset to start-up companies. I know it is too late to apply to law school for Fall 2002. So, I am thinking of applying to one of the University of California law schools for admission in Fall 2003. It has been said that law schools are extremely intense and demanding. Also, writing and public speaking has not been my forte during my undergraduate years. Thus, what are your thoughts on whether I should go to law school or not? Thanks.
