I am about to graduate from college and I'm looking to go to law school in a year. My friend said that you can usually get in-state tuition if you get accepted, defer, and then move to the state for a year.
This doesn't sound likely to me.
Is there any way to get in-state tuition at public schools without actually living in the state when you apply?
Thank you
