I just received my acceptance from NYU. I have seen all the various rankings and have spoken to many current and former Top Tier students. I was wondering if anyone could further elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages of NYU with respect to the other Top Tiers (Columbia and HLS, in particular). I would hate for this thread to devolve into a Us v. Them bashing contest, so please be as forthright and objective as possible.

I don't know about other schools, but the mandatory legal writing class here is p/f...makes it a lot easier.
Being in the village is cool, and remember, you are really close to everything vs. Harvard.
