Does anyone have some solid info on general response times for JD applications? I??m applying to schools with the open Oct.1 - Feb. 1 timetable, and I??ve heard that two months is pretty standard.
Assuming that my application has a favorable review and I get my things in by early November, could I hear as soon as early January? Do top tier schools (HYS et al)generally take longer than less competitive schools?

Admittedly, it's once of my safety schools.
But, it took the University of Oklahoma slightly less than three weeks to admit me. (Note that my transcripts were totally finished and at LSAC by the time I applied.)
FYI, I applied the old fashioned way; I mailed the application.
