Thanks for reply.
But I am wondering if I can practice in relation to IT, not chemical field.
In other words, Sould I practice patent job related to chemical field, not IT once I passed patent bar?
As a patent attorney, I hope to practice regarding IT patent because I have a job experience regarding IT.
Thanks

If you don't go to law school all you can do is patent prosecution. However, if you really want to do well go to an evening program near a major law center - NY, SF, DC, LA, etc. - and work in the patent prosecution practice of a firm during the day (firms are desparate for people with technical backgrounds). This is a lot of work but many firms in the DC area pay 70K+ and tuition reimbursement for students (other areas are probably similar). If you want to work in IP this will set you up very well plus you will leave law school with no debt.
