Lower than usual LSAT and higher than usual GPA is not as good for admissions as the reverse, the way most schools seem to work.
The high GPA does not hurt, though. The officialguide.lsac.org
search engine suggests you are in the solid running, but
not a sure thing, to edge into the top 15. Your ribbons for discretionary admit may come into play.
I think you should do early admissions as you plan, and
definitely apply down into the top 30 as well.

Could you please specify what discretionary admissions is?
Does that basically entail a law school taking a "chance" on someone with a "lower" LSAT score but otherwise good numbers?
