Davis Polk won in the first round in a landslide. This conclusively proves beyond all doubt two things:
(1) At least some prestigious firms are well-liked;
(2) Skadden is not among them.
All else is mere supposition from people who have too much document review to do to be writing messages on Vault.com. |
