I applied to LEK as PhD candidate last year and made it through the third and final round. After two weeks of not hearing back from LEK I sent some emails to the recruiter and he said they would get back to me soon. About 10 days later I finally got a call from the recruiter and he said they were not going to give me an offer. I then emailed all 5 people who interviewed me for feedback (I was still interviewing for other firms) and not a single one responded. Completely unprofessional. What a joke. I needed up getting two offers from other firms and taking one of them (M/B/B). I am very glad I am not with LEK...

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with L.E.K. Mine ended up being quite the opposite. I got a call from one of my interviewers two days after my final round interview to tell me that they were giving me an offer. Everyone I met was really great, and I even received several congratulatory emails from interviewers as well as phone calls from other people at L.E.K. that I hadn't even met. It took me no time at all to decide to accept the offer.
