Do you make more than the guys in audit/tax? Assuming you would have stayed in that group?
Is the bonus bigger?
Do you think that you have a reasonably good chance to get into a HBS/Wharton type of Bschool after a few years in TS?

Salarywise I'm not sure, but I was happy with my raise and bonus this past year. I would guess that TS comp is better than Tax I'm not sure about audit, given SoX and all.
TS looks a lot better on a resume than audit and will definitely give you better experience and background to get into a good Bschool.
