It was pretty easy and I got a call 2 days later telling me I got the offer.
I posted about my experiences in detail on another board, you can read it here (it's on the 1st and 2nd page).

However I imagine your process will be different than mine, since UCRegent and I interviewed at offices that are only 40 miles away, yet our processes were completely different.
