I just got an email yesterday inviting me to the 2nd interview to meet management at the office and for lunch. I received this 2.5 weeks after the 1st interview. So, if anyone was waiting as I was, don't give up if you don't get called in the first few days.
If anyone has any information on what to expect in this second interview as well as the chances of getting hired onced you have been to a second interview, please let me know.

Your chances are very good if you received an invitation to visit the office. Expect two thirty minute interviews and chances to meet a lot of new people. Overall, just relax and have fun with the day. Although the stress of interviewing can be mentally and emotionally taxing, the atmosphere is laid back and very personal and the entire day should be enjoyable.
