I have been seeing a open position in the RAS practice that need a specific skillset for last 4 months.
The opening is renewed every two weeks on careerbuilder and monster. Now, that means that they havent found anybody yet and they are still looking. I am a perfect match and plus I have BIG4 exp.
I applied for the position like 10 times and called and talked to the people in RAS practice from Tampa Office. I did not get any response.
I think this is pathetic for the firm that they have recuiters who are so inefficient. |

This happened to me as well. What you need to do is call the office and ask to speak to the partner in charge of RAS. It is important that you get the partner in charge of the group and not a regular line partner. Then call and email the partner and attach a resume. If the partner is interested he can make things happen with a quick phone call. I did this and got hired after recruiters told me they were not looking. (not in RAS but another group).
