PLEASE CLARIFY!
Why KPMG is asking to fill out an employment application before the second round interview is even offered?
Do they perform the background check of the sutable candidates to get them for the second round? I just curious? PLEASE advise? |

The background check is done AFTER an offer has been extended and accepted.
