If you are in the second interview, or Inside Look, then the Firm already knows that you are smart (based on your resume/transcript/previous experience). If you want the job, and they will hire most people in the Inside Look program, all you have to do is be personable and act interested in the job. Don't ask stupid questions, but ask questions, talk to the employees from KPMG (not just the recruiters), and pretend like you really are interested in the employees clients and KPMG. As I said, if you are in the second interview, we know that you are smart. The second interview/Inside Look is really for the firm to determine if you have the social skills required for the job and whether you are actually interested in the firm. |
