dividing the total hires by the number of recruiters will nesessarily give you the exact number of hires per recruiter; granted some will have 60 some will have 30; Sometimes a recruiter will source a person off the internet but that person will wind up filling another recruiter's requisition. You sound knowledgable on this so you should know that there are certain things that we do that dont necessarily show up in the hard and fast number of hires per year; like training
reporting, retention, visa issues, making sure the files can pass an audit etc. I dont think people are skating; its tough work, more often than not met with rejection because of the marketplace we operate in. |

So let me get this right -- applicant sends resume in through internet, recruiter looks at it for 2 minutes and then sends it to recurieter handling that person
