The northeast has no recruiters that have only hired 20 or less people? Dividing the total hires by the number of recruiters will not give you the total hired by each recruiter. Easy to verify if you use our 'advanced recruiting software' and look up hires by individual recruiter.It sounds like you are doing a great job and are very dedicated as are most-which makes it all the more puzzling when others continue to skate by. |

dividing the total hires by the number of recruiters will nesessarily give you the exact number of hires per recruiter; granted some will have 60 some will have 30; Sometimes a recruiter will source a person off the internet but that person will wind up filling another recruiter's requisition. You sound knowledgable on this so you should know that there are certain things that we do that dont necessarily show up in the hard and fast number of hires per year; like training
reporting, retention, visa issues, making sure the files can pass an audit etc. I dont think people are skating; its tough work, more often than not met with rejection because of the marketplace we operate in.
