i want to join KPMG , TS group. However, i am not sure if i am qualify . i have 3+ yrs exp(not public) after mba, cpa on track( passed all the exams). i have never worked as auditor or tax. has very short exp with DD.
can anyone advice me that how you break into big 4, have interview and be hired? such as what exp will catch recruiter??s eyes or typically what kind person they are looking for? thanks
