12 hires- does not make sense |

sign me up! the word is many of them hire 12 to 20 or so people a year and leave at 4 pm and still somehow have a job unless you are a recruiting director in which case you don't hire anyone and do not-sure-exactly what and make quite a nice salary.Maybe project excellence needs to take a look at this ! |

That sounds crazy. how can the firm have recruiters on the payroll that hire 12 or 20 people a year? I thought the directors had to hire people.if they don't what are they doing. project excellence should have this on the list.
