How long did it take for KPMG to respond when you submitted your resume via their website? |

Maybe never...when you reply to KPMG's website-if you are directed there from an external site (monster, hotjobs)or go directly to it-the resume goes into a large and archaic database that is not user friendly-the hr/recruiter puts in key words or skills or does a normal DB "query" and if you don't come up as a match for exactly what was entered..(someone else called it a black hole) which is about right...If you know someone who can act as a referral-the employee can refer you and that is a good way to get your information to the right person or at least get it looked at.
