i agree about the "ingrate" part. appreciate the thought, you ingrateful ja**as*es.
but. the "hand" of kpmg does not feed you. you, the staff, feed kpmg. why do you think interns are treated so well. without the willing young recruits the whole business model fails. the profits and salaries of the partners and senior managers are only possible due to the hard work of the staff. in return the staff gets a salary that is not all that great, but also gets great experience.
never forget, it is a two way street. they are just as dependent on you as you are on them.
to say that "the hand feeds you" is akin to saying the staff are dogs reliant upon the good graces of mgmt for survival. it really is the other way around. without compliant staff a partner could never manage a million plus book of business.
