An offshoot of the Turnover post - I also want to add the immense turnover occuring within the FRM (Financial Risk Management) group.
Some turnover is the norm, but when entire hoardes of people leave from a region, that is not systemic, but something else.
Case in point. Chicago FRM head count went from about 8 to 2, NYC 35 to 22, Houston 6 to 2. Better yet, they can't hire people either because who wants to leave a nice industry job to do Audit Assists.
