I don't know about other countries, but I can tell you that the turnover rate in Italy is obscenely high: about 45% a year!!! The reason is very simple: KPMG pays extremely low salaries. |

I'm sure all the KPMG people flock to Deloitte, the hot firm in Italy. I'm impressed with your knowledge of the exact turnover rate. Where did you hear the exact number. I guess at 45%/ year, KPMG will be out of people in a few years.
