The settlement with the Justice Department and the IRS is a global settlement. It covers all tax shelters, both individual and corportate. GLOBAL. That's a fact. Get yours straight. |

No -- you are wrong
It is not even close to a global settlement. It does not cover corporate TAX shelters and does not cover civil liaibility on individual shelters (that deal got bounced around again today).
I am not saying KPMG will tank, but I am saying you are WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.
This is the problem with kpmg HR flaks, you guys are trying so hard to make people believe everything is OK, you ignore the truth. That is more fatal. You people do not understand credibility is crucial.
