I just did a phone interview for a Senior Financial Analyst with J&J, and had one of the worst interview experiences of my life.
First off... The interviewer "no habla english" and I "no habla espanol". So from the start, I had a hard time understanding the questions. It got to a point that I was having to ask the interviewer to repeat the question at least three times. At one point, the question was asked "tell me a time when you were a financial statement". Yes you read it correctly.... I was asked "tell me a time when you were a financial statement. I actually repeated the question back to the interviewer, and he confirmed that the was the question that he asked. So, I told him that I have not been a financial statement before, but if I was a financial statement I would make sure that I was clean & reconciled by following the SOX rules and regs. Needless to say, the interview did not go well.
Oh well....I am glad I have a good job already.
