Is my information completely out of date?
When you got your student visa, wasn't it with the understanding that when you finished your degree you would go home and use your new knowledge to help your own people in your own country?
What makes you think you should have a right to compete with Americans for jobs in America? Higher Education is one of the very few things we have to export to help our balance of payments, and we even screw that up by not sending the customers home satisfied.

The reality of the situation is everyone has the right to compete anywhere...period. There are Americans working all over the world as well, so please, work on your tolerance level...globalization is here to stay.
