Message: "...I put a lot of myself into my work. I take it very seriously, and derive great satisfaction from a job well done. While almost always this is a good thing, I've found that my own desire to produce the best quality work possible sometimes causes me to create friction in the workplace when I feel that my associates are not pulling as hard as they could. There are certainly times when I can be less frank and use more tact in responding to situations like these. Yet, from what I've seen/heard/read about this firm and from my experience of the people here at firm x, I don't foresee that being a problem here, as everyone is so dedicated blah blah blah." And you can make up your own variations. They'll see right away what you're up to, but they really don't want you to be honest anyways. Would you do better saying, "I've really got to stop stealing from the companies I work for?" hope that helps.
