I have two Master's degrees. One from CU in Org. Psych. and one from NYIT in Human Resource Management. I am also a liscenced and practicing mediator and qualified in MBTI. I tried to get "HR" experience by working at at a world reknown Ivy league Business School doing interviewing and I developed a mentoring program. I also recruited students. Is this enough to get an HR job? NO! I am someone's secretary now (in HR) and guess what? I HATE IT! I don't know what to do now. Unless you need the benefits, keep temping!!!!I'd start to temp, but my husband's start up is not doing well at all. Once of us needs to work! |
