The resume, cover letter, answering machine message, e-mail address, courses taken, grades, clothing, hairstyle, manner of speaking, body language, posture, manners, etc.
Watch for any signs of sloppiness, non-conformity, laziness, instability, failure to follow directions, lack of enthusiasm, etc. |

I used to interview a lot of people, so I got to be pretty good at it. When I first started posting, I tried to give you-know-who the benefit of my experience, but he just accused me of being in HR. I believe our early exchanges still survive on the dreaded "No calls" thread, since they happened before vault got diarrhea of the censors.
