Hi Helpful Hunter,
I hope all is well with you, I dont know if you are NYC or not or if you have friends or relatives over there, if you do I hope they are all fine.
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know what happened with my job...its not good news, they said that after much thought they hired someone internally.
They said over an over that I did not lack nothing in my interviewing skills or qualifications but they had to go for the internal employee. Boy was I disappointed, I really thought I had nailed it....oh well. THe only thing that makes me feel better is that they said they would have hired me except they had to give preference for someone who already worked with them, unless its a lie.
I was kind of bothered that they even posted the job if they already had someone in mind that worked there, but as you know sometimes you never know the reason.
Again, hope all is well with you and take care of yourself and loved ones in these crazy times.... :) |
