Do you realize what you are saying?
"They aren't even qualified for screening." R2 --- EVERY major co., organization, and governmental department has HR departments --- one of whose primary functions is to screen out potential misfits.
EVERY major co., R2. Without exception. Isn't it a little arrogant of you to say that corporate America is stupid because they use HR departments to perform a valuable, much-neeeded function?

What's the point of having everyone "fit in?" If you have two employees who completely agree with each other, you don't need one of them.
