How many years of experience you need. I've also been confused a couple of times when I read "one year experience required in the industry". I've had three years of internship experience, but apparently that doesn't always count.
I'm also always shocked when I read about an entry-level position that requires up to three years experience. After working three years, you would think people would get out of entry-level!! |

As I said earlier, and as Rugby has now repeated, you may need to describe your internships in more impressive terms, stressing accomplishments, etc. -- and not labeling them as internships.
