Why are cover letters so friggin complicated? This must be the most frsutrating part of this whole job searcg thing. I never know what kind of cover letter to make for the situation to put the best foot forward. On one hand I know I should talk about myself but there is a fine line between just giving information about your skills and flat out bragging. So someone help me out, how the heck do I write an effective cover letter. How do I tell all my skills and qualifications without letting it get too boring? What are some things that I should and should not include? I don't want my cover letters (resume included) to end up in anymore trash cans.
