I graduated in 2000 and have yet to find a job. I can't even get a job in retail. I'm either underqualified or overqualified. I have become fustrated and am beginning to wonder why I wasted four years of my life if I can't get a job anywhere. Even McDonalds refused to give me a job. I have tried every resource possible: newspaper, internet, temp agencies, Employment Office, word of mouth,... I don't know what else to do. |

I have had the same EXACT problem. Honestly, college is looking more and more like a sham. I could have skipped the whole damn thing and gone to a trade school, and now I'd have a profession, a skill. I'm sorry I can't offer you any advice. The most I could say is try and learn a skill because people with practical skills always find work. I would do that, but I just don't have the money right now.
