If I attended an assessment centre where I know the assessing contractors created a file on me (since I saw it on the desk in my final interview) do I have the right to see what is in that file, under the Data Protection Act?
I keep nagging HR for feedback, but they're not being helpful so I'm thinking of citing the Act.
Don't worry - I don't want to ever apply to that firm in the future, just want to know what the psychologist assessment contractors wrote about me.
Anyone know the answer?
