I have ten years of quality experiences, but with 8 different companies. It has never been my intent to want to leave a company after a certain time, but different factors have led to my leaving...ie: more opportunities, layoffs, no room for advancement, and a higher income. I am starting to think that this is seen a negative, although I have been told my experiences are great. How can I make this negative creatively become a positive?
