In Reply To: I would appreciate some input regarding the appropriate questions to ask in a second interview. I am in the middle of the recruiting process for an HR entry-level position (recruiting/training job) with a major FMCG company. Can anyone state some specific/thoughtful questions an interviewer expects at the second interview? Thanks a lot.
Message: For whatever it may be worth, it may be already past the interview time. :-), ask questions that are related to the job, the management style of the company and the immediate supervisor, the scope of the assignment, who you'd be responsible to etc., Do not ask about the company details, you should have done your research on that, and last but definitely not the least, stay away from the $$$ unless brought up by the interviewer. Just my 2 cents worth (and remember I am a Canadian so I am offering it at a discount .... too!) Goo Luck.
