Basically, the situation resolved itself. I confronted the employee and he apologized profusely. I did tell him that if it happened again we would have to terminate him. He agreed to attend a sensativity seminar that included a section on sexual harassment. He agreed that if another person complains he would have to resign. He signed the agreement. What do you think?
