Imagine my surprise today when I drove 50 miles to Job Finders International in Santa Ana CA for what I thought was an interview with a Recruiter only to discover that they are a "Marketing" firm that expects the Candidate to pay them a fee up front for "Career Counseling". Anybody have any experience with these Marketing firms disguising themselves as Recruiters?
