Hello to this board. Interesting to reed through the hot topics.
Myself, having just finished a PhD I have been sending my resume to recruiters but all requested me to have visa.
Lately I was told that some of them specialize in overseas applicants. Are there any hints for this? (Directories etc)

I know I'm not answering your question, but I wish there were a direct worker exchange...I'd love to work overseas, but run into the same problem there. Too many barriers.
