It's the single most helpful article I've read about job hunting. I put the advice to work today at my interview and I was able to make it clear that I could do the work, do it well, and be happy doing it. I'm now waiting to hear back after they go through the rest of the candidates, which is the hardest part... But definitely give it a read.
