I Graduated school last may with a B.A. In Information Scienc. I've been looking for a job since last summer. i've been umeployed since then. I've tried the news papers, online, calling people, nothings working so far. My bigest problem is probably not having experience, but i have to start some where. I don't know what to do anymore. Wish i had someone to point me in the right direction. Tomorrow i have an appointment for a "one on one career assesment" at Katherine Gibbs. Hopefuly that will help.
If anyone has sugestions (or job offers) feel free. |

The Information Science degree sounds like its goal is to groom you for a management level position in IT.
However, at entry level, they aren't hiring managers, they are trying to hire people with very specific technical skills, like networking, or Oracle DBA, or programming.
